HealthSherpa’s problem arrives every year with tax season. HealthSherpa experiences enrollment traffic during November and December. To overcome such problems of code freeze they planned to quickly find a team of developers with limited resources and less time.
Joseph Gefroh, Director of Engineering at HealthSherpa said that they were looking for senior developers without spending huge sums of money and time.
After learning about Optymize they contacted instantly and got a quick response. They hired four Optymize engineers who have worked on various projects for HealthSherpa such as SSO authentication system, created a data entry solution that automates the entry of insurance carrier data and harmonizes reporting, expanded HealthSherpa’s core product, its health insurance shopping experience, into new markets after adding dental and short term disability offerings.
