Introduction

Akshay is a full stack developer with an experience of more than a decade. He is based out of Delhi, India. He studied Computer Science in Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. He has been with Optymize for the past one year. Akshay is a reliable professional who is very efficient and possesses a broad skill set for various types of application development. He has experience in leading technical teams with better outcomes. During free time Akshay likes to do gardening. He has a garden where he grows flowers and small plants.

Life Before Optymize

Akshay got his first job as technical analyst in the campus placement while studying at IIT, Kharagpur. “It was a good job but I wanted to apply my skills in web development.” After a year he began working with an e-commerce startup where he developed the entire website from scratch. In the recent pandemic, Akshay had to leave the job where he spent a decade of his life.

How Did Learn about Optymize?

He has extensive experience on how to develop and manage a website. He didn’t wait any longer for opportunities to come to him. He searched for opportunities. While watching a video in Youtube he learnt about Optymize. He opened the website and after a thorough inspection he signed up. The next day he received an email with a link. “The link led me to the test site, I answered all the MCQs, and coding challenges.” Akshay said. The next day he received another email. He said, “Their process was so fast. I followed the next steps as thoroughly as described. And I remember that exactly after 13 days I got a call to appear for an interview. This is how I got my first offer.”

His journey with Optymize

Akshay recalls about his first Optymize job experience. He said, “I got the first offer to work for a business website. I designed the UI and implemented it. The rest of the team worked with the backend issues.” Akshay said that he had ample experience in the development area and wanted to expand his expertise in managing a team of developers to deliver a quality product. He said, “After I completed my first job, Optymize offered me a new role and coincidentally I was given the task of managing a team of eight developers.” Akshay talks about how Optymize provided him an opportunity to have a balanced work and personal life.

Final Verdict

Akshay likes working where he gets exposed to new opportunities. He finds that factor while working with Optymize. He said, “I began to work with a sole aim, to go as far as I can with my developing career. With Optymize, I think it is what I have always wanted. I get to work on interactive projects, with talented people, and for me learning was never this easy.” He said that Optymize provided him with a better job experience and it will certainly help upcoming talented developers who are keen to expand their knowledge and experience.
