Introduction

Stapan is an experienced DotNet developer based out of Kyiv, Ukraine. He has been a part of the Optymize family for a year now. Stepan has ten years of professional experience in microservices architecture and cloud based solutions. He has delivered critical software systems that are highly secure and fast. In free time, Stepan likes to read comics. Also, he provides free workshops twice a week in a nearby school on programming.

Life Before Optymize

Stepan has ten years of experience before joining Optymize. He commuted to work everyday and lived with his family to support them financially. He said, “The last nine years was kind of on and off for me. I began working with a startup after my graduation in 2011. I worked there for three years. When I came out and looked for better opportunities, I found none. Somehow I took up a job with a reduced pay scale than my last job.” He was willing to work hard and find a better position in the field of his expertise. But he never found such an opportunity. “My friend from university advised me to travel to the USA. But I couldn’t leave my family alone.” he said. This is how he began to search for a job with an aim to work with teams who are passionate about technology.

How Did Learn about Optymize?

He found an ad in LinkedIn about Optymize that led him to the website. He said, “When I opened the website, I found different intriguing offers by Optymize. They offered long-term opportunities and a better pay scale. These offers hooked me and I signed up.” He recalls how quickly he got an offer. He said, “I appeared for the MCQ tests and coding challenges and within 3 days I was offered a job.”

His journey with Optymize

He began his journey in remote development with Optymize. He said, “Optymize opened a whole new world of opportunities for me. I worked with top tech companies with the finest developers from my home office.” “They assigned me a role of senior developer where I managed a team of developers. Our team built a marketing website. We completed the project within three months. After that I was assigned another project where I managed a group of twelve developers. Currently, I am doing my third project and hope to complete it soon for another new opportunity.” Stepan said Optymize benefited him in many ways. He gets the right pay scale that enables him to take care of family needs without leaving them. He said, “I am growing as a professional without leaving my family. That’s important for me.”

Final Verdict

He believes that Optymize is different from other platforms. “At Optymize, we give utmost importance to teamwork. Since the team consists of diverse developers from around the world, communication is our key.” He said apart from work, Optymize’s payment methods are very generous and regular. They also oversee the project and provide feedback from time to time. While concluding his interview he said, “Optymize has helped me to showcase my knowledge from my comfort zone. As a developer, I am happy where I am right now.”
