Darryl Gehly, Chief Technology Officer of skyword recalls about hiring and expresses frustrations on the process by saying that finding good people for technical jobs is tough and there also comes financial issues. They wanted engineers who were teamplayer as well as great communicators. They were growing impatience of utilising their resources without any proper outcome. Then Optymize came for their rescue.

Initially, Skyword hired two developers from Optymize. After witnessing the benefits of working with remote employees such as flexibility of time, intelligence of engineers, Skyword adopted the practice of remote hiring. “It was great to see that kind of flexibility,” Darryl says.

As of now, six optymize engineers are working with Skyword on three different teams.
