Before Optymize, John went through recruiting agencies to find jobs that fit his qualifications. Unfortunately, getting work in this manner came with a slew of hardships. As a result of this, John decided to hunt for a network that would not only provide him with the best chances, but also provide him with a stress-free workplace. He was also seeking for a swift career change and wanted to work on Hyperledger-specific projects alone at companies to help her bring out his strengths, which is how he found Optymize.

John was working for an MNC when he felt like his job was getting monotonous. He wanted to grow in what he had specialized in, which is Blockchain development. On his LinkedIn search for networks to assist him in his job quest, John came upon Optymize. He went to the website and signed up. He obtained his first job a few weeks after joining with Optymize. According to John, he was hired for a role that was completely focused on blockchain development. It was difficult for him at first, but he persevered in overcoming all obstacles since he was determined to succeed. Moreover, the money was received promptly, and all of this occurred while remaining inside the house.
